The Kansas City Athenaeum Club exists to:
  • Provide an atmosphere for nurturing friendships and enriching social contacts.
  • Provide an opportunity for education and intellectual growth.
  • Support worthy community agencies and initiatives.
  • Encourage membership and develop leadership skills through participation.
  • Maintain the Kansas City Athenaeum's historical building.
 If you would like to become a part of the Athenaeum's continuing heritage, please

(1) Join us for an event at the Club House or a regular meeting (September through May).
Please email us or call the office phone at (816) 561-3525 and make your luncheon reservation by noon the Monday prior to meeting day. Be sure to say that you will be attending as a guest of the Membership Committee.
Lunch, provided by R.T.Salsman catering, is $12.00.

(2) Complete a copy of the application and mail it with:
         $145.00 Individual membership
         $225.00 Household (2 person)* membership
         $  65.00 Individualmembership under 36 year of age
