Music Room $      400 Dining Room $      800 Ballroom* $   1,200
*Rental of the Ballroom includes the use of the second floor Lobby and Parlors.
$100 discount for booking more than one room.
Entire building for $2,200.
$100 / hour for additional time (i.e. advanced set-up, extended hours, etc.) Additional Hours subject to availability.
$300 Damage Deposit per room.
Security required for all events. (arranged by the Athenaeum, paid by client)
Ballroom and Dining Room rental include tables and chairs for up to 100 guests.            Additional furniture available at $1.75 per chair and $10.00 per table .
Steinway Grand Piano available for rent in the Ballroom.
Client responsible for room set-up, tear-down and clean-up.
